About ER Ni-1

ERNi-1 is a pure nickel-based welding wire (AWS A5.14) with titanium for grain refinement, offering excellent corrosion resistance (especially to caustic soda) and high ductility, used for joining pure nickel (200/201) to itself, carbon/stainless steels, and for steel overlays in chemical, food processing, and marine applications. Its composition is primarily nickel (93%) with controlled amounts of carbon, manganese, iron, and titanium (2.0-3.5%), making it suitable for TIG, MIG, and SAW welding.
