About E91T1-B3 FLUX CORED WIRE

E91T1-B3 is an AWS-classified, gas-shielded, low-alloy flux-cored welding wire for all-position welding of 2.25% Chromium-1% Molybdenum (Cr-Mo) steels used in high-temperature, high-pressure applications like power plants and petrochemicals, offering high deposition rates, low spatter, excellent creep resistance, and good toughness for materials such as ASTM A387 Gr. 22 and A335 P22. It's ideal for boiler tubes, pressure vessels, and piping, providing reliable welds with smooth arcs and easy slag removal.

Key Characteristics:

Alloy Type: Deposits a 2% Cr / 1% Mo weld metal.
Application: Welding high-temperature, high-pressure components like boilers, steam lines, and refinery equipment.
Performance: All-position, smooth arc, low spatter, high deposition, good toughness, and creep resistance.
