ER316LSi is a low-carbon, silicon-enhanced stainless steel filler wire (AWS A5.9) for welding 316/316L grades, offering superior corrosion resistance (especially pitting), excellent arc stability, smooth weld beads with less spatter, and good mechanical properties, ideal for chemical, marine, and process industries due to its resistance to intergranular corrosion and high-temperature strength. The 'L' denotes low carbon, preventing carbide precipitation, while 'Si' (Silicon) improves fluidity and bead appearance.
