About ER Cu

ERCu (Copper) is a deoxidized copper alloy welding filler metal, used as bare wire or rod for MIG/TIG welding to join and repair copper, copper castings, and sometimes dissimilar metals like steel where high strength isn't critical, offering dense, high-quality welds with good conductivity, often containing phosphorus or silicon as deoxidizers.

Material: Primarily deoxidized copper, often with phosphorus (P) and silicon (Si) for improved weldability.
Standards: Conforms to AWS (American Welding Society) A5.7, ASME SFA A5.7.
