About ER Ni-1

ERNi-1 is a pure nickel-based welding wire (AWS classification) with titanium, used for welding pure nickel (Ni 200/201) to itself, joining nickel to carbon/stainless steels, and for steel overlays, providing excellent corrosion resistance (especially in caustic/marine environments), ductility, and crack resistance for demanding chemical, food processing, and industrial applications. It's used in GTAW, GMAW, SAW, and TIG processes for its high-purity nickel deposit, controlling porosity with titanium.
