About ER 410NiMo

ER 410NiMo is a high-strength martensitic stainless steel filler metal (wire/rod) used for welding similar cast and wrought steels, offering excellent corrosion, pitting, and cracking resistance, along with good toughness, especially at subzero temperatures, making it ideal for hydro turbines, fans, and demanding industrial applications. It's a modified 410 stainless steel with added nickel and molybdenum, improving its mechanical properties and weldability, and often requires preheating and post-weld heat treatment.

Type: Martensitic Stainless Steel Filler Wire/Rod (AWS ER 410NiMo).
Composition: Contains 12% Chromium, 4-5% Nickel, and 0.5% Molybdenum.
